NDIS - Give a Care

NDIS

Here you’ll find useful links for further information from supporting organizations.

HOW THE NDIS WORKS

Individuals apply for access through the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). If you are eligible, you will be granted NDIS Access and the NDIA will arrange a planning meeting with you to help understand your goals and circumstances, which will determine your funding plan.

My NDIS PLAN

Creating your plan
Your plan is a written agreement the NDIS has worked out with you. Everyone’s plan is different. You will attend a planning meeting with a NDIS representative, where you will be asked questions about how you are going in different areas of your life, what goals you would like to achieve and what kind of help and support you need. Based on this, you will receive a plan that has been developed to provide the right support for you.
